“We needed a roof repair. Contacted several companies that did not really want to do a repair--they wanted to sell us a whole roof. Fitzhauer Construction was happy to do a repair, came out quickly and appears to have done a great job, including replacing rotted eaves (need to wait for some rain to be sure, and I'm sure they'll come fix it if there is a problem).
