I just finished ordering new French doors and 2 windows and don’t know how I would have done it without DEBBIE! She was extremely helpful and patient with me throughout the ordering process and even caught a few of my mistakes that would have been costly. Overall a great experience!
My husband and I ordered two very large bifold doors for our new construction. DEBBIE our salesperson at DWD answered all our questions in great detail and brought out samples of the different threshold and handle options, etc. The most important thing was that the doors met the title 24 requirement, which she assured us it does.
The doors were delivered pretty quickly, about two weeks. However when the manufacturer sent the wrong threshold three separate times, DEBBIE went to bat for us and ensured that we received the correct thresholds at no extra cost to us. She also kept us informed and updated throughout the process.
