I can’t say enough great things about The Perfect Workout and my trainers at the Anaheim Hills Location. Both Sabrina and Brooke are very conscientious about how I’m feeling before and after the workout! In 6 months I have re-sculpted my body and I am looking forward to what they have in store for me in the next 6 months! Way to go ladies, you’re doing a great job!

I absolutely love this workout. I is really hard but so worth it. I love Sonja who is the Manager trainers. They are classified as a medical facility and rigidly follow the protocol. I feel so safe. The results are outstanding. My husband and I both go and I would really recommend giving it a try. It's perfect.

Sonja is amazing! Gives me the best workouts I’ve ever had. I’ve been to many many gyms but this one is different. I’ve gained a lot of strength and mobility. I’d highly recommend to anyone!
