I use the RLPD shoulder pad. After surgeries on both shoulders and arthritis from decades of Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and comercial fishing, I can now say my shoulders are stronger and have more range of motion than they have had in over 5 years. After 7 years of being off the wrestling mats I'm seriously considering getting back on. The way the shoulder pad is configured also makes it easy to use on my knees and hips. They may not have had that in mind but it sure fits great on those areas as well. Awesome pad and great Price!!
I used the Red Light Pro device and it made my post-workout recovery much more manageable. As someone who has a spine injury, I try to stay away from invasive treatments and have tried many different therapies. This is by far one of the most effective in helping me manage my pain. Highly recommend.
