Joe is absolutely the best plumber there is. I've used his company for years now and they are always prompt and prices always fair. They address the issue and stand by their work. If there is a problem with their work he makes sure the customer is satisfied and that everything is working properly and up to spec. Having plumbing issues is super stressful at times and it's good to know that someone who's honest and fair is available to help fix the plumbing issues in your home without worrying about if you're getting gouged prices or if the job is poorly done. I'll always call Klean plumbing for all of my plumbing work!!
My Rheem 50-gallon water heater uses a Honeywell controller/sensor. After the sensor was having problems, I did research and found that this is not unusual for Rheem. I've had it for only 3.5 years. Fortunately, upon calling Rheem, a check of the serial # indicated it was still under warranty for parts. Rheem shipped the chamber sensor and gas valve over at no charge. Klean Plumbing was able to work with my schedule, and our technician, David, completed the job very efficiently. The time-consuming part was draining the water heater. Overall, David was very friendly and knowledgeable in responding to any questions I had.
