Dropping a line to let you know how pleased we were with Chris and Nick! They showed up when they said they would ,very informative about the process very knowledgeable how to perform the procedure, had all the right tools and machinery .. Was very respectful of our home , cleaned up the entire area they worked in . Being self employed for 35 years as a General Engineering Contractor, These 2 gentleman are a great asset to how you run and conduct your business! I would be proud to have them working for me.

Anyone knows that you are having a really bad day when you have to call a restoration company. You don't know if you'll get someone who will not only listen to you, but actually do the job correctly and, to your specifications. Marc and Octavian had the job of taking my mother's water damaged home and making it look like it was exactly the same house. You see, my mother has dementia. Any radical changes in her environment can effect her negatively. Octavian and his team not only did a great job of replacing the paint, carpet, and flooring either exactly or similar to what was there before, but they did seven areas of her house in seven weeks! She's back in her completely clean, updated home that to her, looks exactly the same. It was a tough brief but Marc, Octavian, and their team did an excellent job!

Chris from ProClean was dispatched out the same day we called to get emergency service for water damaged to our home in the hall closet below our stairs. He was very detailed and explained everything that he was doing to ensure a peaceful mitigation process. He started the mitigation process by removing the point of damage(carpet) and set up dehumidifiers to the dry out process. Chris new exactly what to do from the time he saw /examined the damage. ProClean is the only clean up service I'll be using from here in our. Professional, easy to contact, & reliable.
