I looked up reviews before making my appointment. I made my appointment for a pedicure with Kim or Jenny since they both had good reviews. I arrived on time and waited for about 10-15 minutes before Kim started on my pedicure because they were both working on another client. Kim wasn't rude but wasn't very friendly either. She didn't smile or say anything to me beside asking me if I wanted my toe nails cut short and if I wanted callus remover on the bottom of my feet. What bothered me was that she was texting on her phone while working on me. The pedicure took about 25-30 minutes from start to finish. I'm from out of town so rely on yelp for recommendations, this time I was looking also at price. I know prices in SoCal can be a bit more. So this salon has very reasonable prices and the customer service is outstanding! I was a walk-in customer and greeted right away. The ladies were very personable and a few of their regular customers were there and they were having great conversations. It's says a lot to me that the regulars are happy and rescheduling future appointments. I highly recommended this salon. I had a gel mani and toe polish changed along with brow waxing. I've been a resident of Orange County for 45 years and I recently moved to Moreno Valley but I will drive to Anaheim Hills to get my manicure and pedicure and eyebrows waxed by Zara she is amazing at what she does she takes her time is very professional and makes you feel welcomed I've gotten nothing but compliments of my manicure and pedicure if you are ever in the area and in Need for spa services she is one you must go and check out her services you will not be unsatisfied
