I was there a while back and waited for over an hour for a haircut. The lady’s then informed me about 20 minutes after that there closed and they can’t cut my hair. My dumbass should have left a long time ago. Horrible costumer service.

I came here for the first time and I would never recommend coming here to anyone. Very rude people they don’t care about customers, they had me waiting more than 30 min for a haircut and they were working on one person just for them to tell me last minute that they were closing…how rude and disgusting because they could have told me that we’re closing soon or they could have easily cut my hair quick since it was still 7:00 (the website says they close at 8:00).

Very disappointed with my experience. I waited almost 50 minutes for a haircut while they spent most of that time working on a man who barely had any hair to cut. The website says they close at 8:00 PM and I came around 6, but after making me wait all that time, I was told they were already closed and couldn't help me. If they were no longer accepting customers, they should have communicated that from the beginning instead of wasting my time. Based on this experience, I would give zero stars if that were an option.
