The customer service is excellent. If I find pests after the service they will return and spray again. On the downside, the cost keeps increasing. I’ve been a customer for several years but I may have to cancel due to the cost.
I’ve been with this company for 15 + years. The techs are friendly and I am on a quarterly Maintenance program. When I moved in years ago there were lots of roaches and other critters, mostly exterior. I hate even seeing pictures of them! I can thankfully say I have no problems with them at all now.
Saulo, my technician, advised the day prior for my scheduled appointment, arrived on time, came to the front door to introduce himself, and was courteous, thorough and efficient during treatment application. I would highly recommend. I have absolutely no complaints during my entire years' long relationship with the company.
