I was able to set up my home office with ease using this company. They were very attentive to all my needs and allowed me to reach out to ask questions which they were able to clarify very fast. I will definitely be using them again when I expand to an office space but for now, I am more than happy with the service that I was provided.

We found an add online of printer-fixing companies nearby. "Free diagnostic check......." yadi yadi ya.... I stopped by this place to have them give me an estimate...filled out a form, and then they told me they'd give me a call the following day to give me a diagnosis. I kind of felt hesitant leaving my HP laser printer behind... 1 day passed...(i was busy and wasn't able to give them a call)....the weekend passed.....nothing. Finally, decided to give them a call, and it turns out that they fixed the printer without even consulting us! I was freaking out that they'd be charging us an arm and a leg, but thanks to the ad we found online, they fixed it for $60. In all honesty, I'm grateful that they fixed my printer, but they seriously need better business practices. 1) For a "diagnostic check," you're supposed to DIAGNOSE the issue and consult the client before fixing the problem (I seriously would've been pissed if the bill was more than i expected and they didn't consult me first!) 2) They're slightly awkward in dealing with customers 3) They NEED to communicate with their customers and follow up with them when they SAY they will. All in all, I'm glad my issue is fixed, but I'd most certainly not go back.
