Bill came out in the rain storm this week to do service maintenance on my HVAC/AC. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He found the thermostat had a shorted wire causing my AC \u0026 Heater to run at the same time. It was a great catch as I’ve been wondering why my gas bills were so elevated last summer when I was using only AC (no heat) This solved an expensive problem! Thank you so much for your expertise.
Our AC broke during the last heat wave and it was miserable. Bill was here on a Wednesday and somehow made it work in his schedule to install that Friday. He did such a detailed analysis of what are options were and wrote it all down for us. There was never any pressure to go with him at all. His crew came in on Friday and worked quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend.
In the middle of a horrible heat wave my upstairs air conditioner broke on a Thursday early evening. I called Cool Air Technologies on Friday morning, left a message and Trish called me back within a half hour, they had a cancellation on Saturday and Bill \u0026 Johnathan we’re here at the time specified. Air conditioner fixed quickly, did maintenance on both units! This is the only company I will use for my air conditioner/hvac units. Thank you Trish \u0026 Bill for being there for me once again!
