Really grateful for OC house, I had cat pee smell on my couch and decided to get a clean. I appreciate that they are family owned and when I called inquiring about their services they were kind and knowledgeable and also followed via text to send photos so they could get an idea of what could be done. They came the next day and the service took no longer than an hour and the smell was completely gone, the drying process was fairly quick, and my couch looks brand new.
