I had a appt with Leroy Hines....he quoted me 75.00 for the works...include perm and cut and style...He did the perm and even after saying several times I need product in my hair...I got none..only got the perm...I would like a refund less the perm.. Beware of this specialist he calls himself.... I will not use him again...I DONT TRUST HIM
The experience was amazing. Leroy was able to answer all of my million questions (I'm so sorry about that..) my hair is softer than I've had for a really long time and the cut is perfect. Definitely reccomend!
