Contacted All Star Chem-Dry and I was pleasantly surprised by how informative Mike was. Very professional, amazing work, honest, and thorough. Couldn’t have been more pleased with the work.
We had a urine stain in our new memory foam mattress. I googled a few places but decided to go with Chem Dry. Mike responded quickly and it was easy to communicate with him to schedule. It took two attempts of cleaning and we are satisfied. We appreciated the fact that Mike provided details of the cleaning while also making sure our mattress stayed in tact. Mike even followed up the next day to make sure we were happy with the service.
