Fitzhauer Construction was happy to do a repair, came out quickly and appears to have done a great job, including replacing rotted eaves (need to wait for some rain to be sure, and I'm sure they'll come fix it if there is a problem). Excellent, detailed work, done without unnecessary delay. Even for my relatively small jobs, Josh has been very responsive to questions, concerns, pricing explanations. Nice to see other reviews say the same thing for bigger projects. CCSI very competitive on pricing, but for me the quality, quickness, and customer service/follow-up give them an edge.

Always good to get multiple bids and do your due diligence as a homeowner. But after three solid jobs, I feel pretty good about hiring CCSI for upcoming projects.“
