Just called to get a general quote for glass replacementon a large upstairswindow, sent pictures via email BUT never heard back from them. Gave them 3 stars because the person I spoke with was nice and courteous.

I contacted Orange County Glass Works to have a piece of glass that I had purchased earlier in the day cut to the correct size. It was after hours but he agreed to help me. He was very professional and did a GREAT job of cutting the glass to the correct size. Great customer service and trustworthy. I will be doing business with Orange County Glass Works from now on. Thank you so much Michael. I definitely recommend!

Exceptional experience with Mike who made a glass tabletop for our rustic dining table. The oval shaped glass cut was perfect. He is very knowledgeable, precise and a great person to work with. I'm a customer for life.
