“I was recommended to Dr. Shelby Riddle in Benicia by my previous Vet in Fairfield. We were relocating and I trusted my former Vet. At our first appointment Dr. Riddle and I became friends. She had been my Vet for Max until he was 14 years old. He had a brain tumor and his behavior was getting frightening. She let me make the choice to let him go when I was sure it was time. When the day came she was very gentle with him (and me). Since then I have two more dogs and they are always happy to see her (as I am). Her staff is amazing and so kind. I would recommend Southampton Pet Hospital to anyone that is looking for professional, compassionate and caring Vets for their pets.“

They truly make you feel heard and they're concern for your pet is sincere, as well as the way they celebrate with you when good news comes. We're very grateful for the vets, the nurses, & the receptionists.“

“Dr Mary, Dr Lester and Dr Dyson are top notch vets at Napa Small Animal Hospital. Convenient, good techs, fair prices, always insightful options offered. The only issue is that when short staffed they can be hard to get an appt with (which is frustrating w/a sick pet), but hopeful they are staffed up now as last appt was very easy to secure.“
“This is hands down the best vet I have been to. I have three dogs and things add up which they are conscious of and help me figure out creative ways to save money. My little old dog Pookie was recently diagnosed with diabetes which I have no experience with and they have been so patient and loving with our boy. Seriously they treat him like there own makes us so happy to know he is in good hands when we have to leave him for his day long observations (still figuring out dosage). Thank you to all the doctors, Paula, Rylyn(hoping that's right)!!“

“Had the best conversation with CHRISTIAN today. Was very worried about my dog who is a 9 year old German Shepard service dog and his swollen ear. Called all over town with no response. Finally I called CALIFORNIA PET HOSPITAL and was answered immediately by CHRISTIAN who not only eased my nerves and frustration he completely calmed my mind and gave me piece of mind to know my dog was not in any danger but were willing to provide me with the soonest appointment to have this problem reconciled and corrected! “Thr staff at NRPH were amazing in helping me get my dog prepared for our move to Hawaii. Dr. Moody was so helpful in navigating us through everything as it was a very arduous process with the state of Hawaii paperwork. He laid everything we needed to do out, ensured we had all of the necessary items and made sure we submitted them on time. He even reached out to the HI Dept of Agriculture to ensure they received everything.With everything we had going on with moving he helped make moving our furbaby home so much easier. When I arrived in HI everything was taken care of and we just had to go through the final check up. It was pricey but well worth the money as he helped make Thr process easier for us. Thank you to the staff for all of your compassionate and hard work in helping us get our baby home.“
