Ana is a Functional Health Coach. She works with clients to help them get to the root cause of health problems such as gut & skin issues, sleep problems, inflammation, toxicity, and more.
She also sees clients in person for The Reset sessions. These sessions are a fusion of massage, energywork and AmpCoil frequencies. It’s not a normal massage. The Reset is intended to reset your nervous system - for people who are dealing with chronic stress. The nervous system is an extension of your immune system. When the nervous system is balanced and regulated, it strengthens your immune system. (***in person work is with female clients only)

This woman is a phenom. I'm lucky I found her, I've been searching for the right practitioner that deeply understands healing, energy and bodywork. I have to say that when Ana is working on me I actually feel my spirit come alive. What more can I ask for?! I've had hundreds of massages over the years and I'm constantly seeking out those special practitioners and Ana here is a GEM!
Ana is intuitive in her process. This is important for any type of massage work, but even more so with the energy work she offers. We started with breath work meant to relax my body before treatment. I've never tried this before outside of normal meditative work. Within a few minutes I had passed out in what I can only describe as a deeply relaxed state of consciousness that lasted for about 30 seconds. When I woke back up I had forgotten about the previous events of the day and was ready for treatment. Her massage combines different modalities and was excellent. I am interested in trying the amp coil for further treatment of a chronic condition. I'll definitely be back.
