We initially used the services of West Coast Surrogacy to have our first child in 2022 and they then assisted us with our second daughter who was born earlier this year (2025). We'd split the services we received from them into two parts - firstly sourcing a surrogate and then secondly providing support and assistance as you progress with trying to get pregnant and having a baby. In both respects it is difficult to think of any aspect of what they did which we were not 100% happy with. Similarly I can't think of anything I would reasonably have liked them to have done for us which they didn't.
Well it happened, we have a beautiful baby girl!!! The process is just so hard and long and complicated and while I have no other agencies to compare it to, the case coordinator is the person that makes the difference. Make sure to focus on that when you are looking for an agency. Amy was ours and she was patient and thoughtful and encouraging through the experience. Again, it is a hard process so to have great support is what makes all of the difference!
