Had a wonderful first time experience taking Jen’s dynamic and intermediate reformer class. It was 60 minutes and had the perfect mix of moves! Very challenging and the class was so intimate. Great attention to detail. Loved it and will be back for sure!
Christy M is absolutely incredible. I’m so grateful to her for her encouragement and support during my sessions with her. She’s an amazing instructor — she has really found the perfect balance between pushing you to do more and also helping you to understand your limits. I never thought I’d enjoy Pilates but she made the classes fun and engaging, and when this is back in budget for me, I’m looking forward to going back!
