The women working are very understanding, they help explain the process and any changes that you ask for, no matter how small, are doable. However, my nail broke only one day after having it done. It is a bit pricier compared to other nail places and the technique is not all that different. Overall, the people working are nice and the place is very clean
So happy that they focus on organic products and services. I had a gel nail mani and an aloe pedi. Both were great! Emily and Lynn were dedicated to making sure I felt relaxed, pampered and got exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be back!
I have a horrendous nail allergy, like blisters and boils for weeks allergy. I haven’t gotten a manicure for years because of that but have been researching organic nail bars to see if that'd be a possibility although it still makes me nervous. I went to Muse and asked them questions and they were so so kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Emily knew her stuff, helped me figure out what I most likely am allergic too, and gave great suggestions. My nails turned out perfectly and no reaction! I’m so happy. And everyone working here was lovely, I highly recommend this place and I will be back.
