Every year the rates go up, the parking gets worse, appointment times get longer and there is no measurable difference in the quality service

After a 30-minute wait for our appointment, the doctor barely budged, statoscope glued to her neck like a fashion statement, and declared, “Lungs are clear!” I asked again, just to be sure, “So the lungs are clear?” and she repeated, “Yes, lungs are clear throughout!” What a circus act!

Arrived to an nterview here and the hiring manager told me to come back the next day because the hiring panel wasn't available despite giving me notice the Friday prior about an interview time, waited. 20-60 minutes both days. Still didn't get the job. Maybe I dodged a bullet.

Worst Kaiser ever. Why this is even a medical building, I have no idea. There is no parking to begin with. Do not attempt to go into the "parking garage". It's one lane of 10 parking spots and once you go in, you cannot back out. If you do succeed in finding parking, locating the reception is another struggle. Located on the 3rd floor to check in, you then get sent back down to the first floor to wait in the lobby. There is only one elevator and it is the slowest machine operated thing in the world. my recommendation take the stairs. The worst part of this office, is that the nurses quarters doesn't have a bathroom. So if you have you take a urine sample, they send you out to the public bathroom in the lobby -so you can place your urine sample on the public counter while you wash your hands and walk past all the patients with your cup of urine to knock on the door for the nurse to let you back in. It was so lovely having everyone look at my urine while the nurse took a long 2 minutes to come open the door. I will never book an appointment here ever again.

Psychiatrist Darlene Melendez was not helpful and condescending. She did not help me with my problems and blankly kept referring me to information and resources I could have looked up online. Her skills in her current occupation is equivalent to an entry level community college students with her statements and questions. She had wasted my time and money from the beginning instead of trying to help me, she kept telling me the same answers like a record player. She shooed me off and have me leave the office at a point because she did not want to speak to me anymore

Went in for a vaccination shot in the arm. Please advise the medical technician to slow down and place the bandage over the wound, to help absorb the blood so that it does not leak out onto the patient's clothing. I am now headed to the sink to wash it out.

Was quoted 10 minutes wait for a blood test, walked out 30 minutes later without having it done… the one technician on staff finished a single test while I was there..

Wondering why my reviews of Tori Morris keep getting taken down. Horrible therapist wrapped in a shawl with a condescending attitude. Tori suffers from PTSD most likely from her time in the military. She is the most uncaring insensitive person I've ever met, let alone a therapist! If anyone here is scheduled with her, please ask for somebody else, especially if you have children. I went in with suicidal, ideations and left, feeling worse. Apparently, I am not the only one. Check out the reviews on her private practice. I cannot believe Kaiser actually still has her working there! They must be very, very desperate!!!!!

It's a nice enough office, but getting to and from this place is a giant headache. There are traffic signals galore all around it. Parking is quite some distance from the front door as well. There is subterranean parking, but the elevator takes several minutes to get to you. Then, when you're ready to go back down to the parking, another few minutes of wait time. If you have the option of going to a different office, choose that instead of this one.
