I was mistreated here by a doctor. I was refused medical treatment

ZERO stars please!!! My 2 year old daughter had a severe allergic reaction so I rushed her here and they told me I should let her suffer with the symptoms for 5 days before bringing her in!! The doctor clearly must not have kids because you want me to allow my child to suffer and cry in pain for 5 days is INSANE!!!! Immediately took her to Kaiser right after where they notified me HER CASE WAS SERIOUS!!!! and rushed her to the kids ER to be monitored. Her heart rate was way too fast and she was in a lot of pain they clearly saw this and couldn’t believe how careless Alhambra ER was.

When I came in needing assistance getting care and asked for a wheel chair because I was describing pain they denied me wheelchair access and told me to walk to the other side. When I finally got to the emergency room the woman didn’t even do an evaluation of my symptoms (chest pain, fluctuating body temperature, and light headedness) she just gave me forms. Terrible place I would not recommend getting care here.
