My Mother has been in this hospital for a couple days now, both CNA's Jose and Reina have been very patient and attentive with my mother... God never fails us in putting the right people in our paths during the hard times... Thank you Jose and Reina
Good experience. Unfortunately, went to hospital Christmas morning. Dr Shen (ER) attended to my family quickly and was thorough in exam. Thank you Dr. Shen We ended up having to stay at hospital for 2 days where I met great attentive kind staff- George from PT (spent over an hr with us- thanks!), Dorothy Chen from OT (Dorothy shared the same language as my grandma and was super kind in her communication), Nurse Latrice, Nurse Armida, Nurse Sonia, Dr Chai (never met him in person, but informative through the phone). I appreciate when doctors ask for the whole story to understand the bigger picture. We requested for puree food. I can say there was a good amount and everything...read full review
I took my grandmother to the Alhambra ER on Christmas Day and the service was fast. Dr. Shen thoroughly checked her and gave my family advice on what to do next. The nice nurses and staff members reassured us that my grandmother would be taken care of. Thank you!
