I work night shifts and constantly deal with stiffness in my upper and mid-back, neck, and shoulders…sometimes it’s painful just to turn my head. Every massage I receive from Joyce makes a noticeable difference in my body: I feel lighter, more mobile, my posture improves, chest feels open as if a ton of weight has been lifted off my body. Joyce was highly recommended by my previous massage therapist who retired recently, so I decided to give it a try. Her deep tissue work was incredibly effective and very focused. I left feeling like melted butter and noticed a big difference, especially in my neck and lower back pain for days after the massage. Definitely one of the best massages I’ve had in Albany.
