The staff was so kind when I went to drop off my ragdoll. Neither of us has any experience with cat grooming, but it all turned out great. Now our boy is trimmed and neat and came home calm and happy. Would definitely repeat the experience.
I had previously taken my dog to Petco(in the El Cerrito Plaza) to get her nails trimmed and to my horror months later, they had missed one of her nails, and it was so long and curled that it was almost about to pierce into her paw pad.
So I urgently was trying to find a place to take her last minute, and I lucked out and was able to get an appointment here two hours later from when I called.
They did a great job on her nails, and they were very quick as well. I was so grateful that they took care of the bad nail that was almost cutting into her!
I would definitely come back here again.
Excellent job grooming. I love how they cut my dogs face into a teddy bear shape and rounded out his little paws. However I would love more transparency on pricing and communication is very minimal. I left my first appointment with lots of questions at drop off. They are in need of an updated website 🙏
