I visited Dr. Cohen with a cluster of issues - all caused by trauma/stress which he took his time in understanding and evaluating which practice will best help me. NET (NeuroEmotional Technique) was the practice applied and it was life changing. The pain/issues I was dealing with for years were explained and nearly resolved within a few sessions of seeing him. In addition to my muscle pain I was also having vision issues which he helped me understand can be caused by trauma and recommended Coach Jonathan who comes to his office and partnered with him to tackle what I was facing. Dr Cohen was very thorough and explained every step of the way for the intervention he used. It is not traditional Chiropractic treatment I have received in the past 5 years and I love it. I have been to see Stefan at Innate Chiropractic several times. He listens carefully to every pain or discomfort I might bring up and addresses each one. He also makes great recommendations for supplements that support your body's needs. Randi, at the front desk keeps things running smoothly and gets you in and out! I really enjoy the work I get at Innate and highly recommend them.

From Stefan B. Cohen, DC

At Innate Chiropractic, we address activity-limiting problems with a science-based, gentle approach, combining methods of ergonomics, nutrition, mindfulness, soft tissue work, and self-care. Dr. Cohen follows the teachings of such luminaries as Michael Leahy (ART), Craig Liebenson (Developmental Kinesiology), and Stewart McGill (Low Back Rehabilitation). The goal is to not just get you out of pain, but to offer a functional, movement-based approach to empower you back to being in your body, doing the things you love to do without the fear of reinjury. We also offer therapeutic massage, nutrition, and small yoga classes some evenings and on weekends. Oh, and our reception room Zero-G massage chair is killer too!
