You get there on time, they actually see you on time. Dr was supportive while I was trying out different contact lens options. And I felt well taken care of by the professionals making sure all preventative scans and check up are in order.
My first checkup at Solano Eyecare with Dr. Chen was fantastic. She is meticulous, unhurried, really listens and answers questions in a manner that’s easy to understand. I requested some additional eye health exams, and she reviewed the images and explained them to me. All the staff I worked with were friendly and helpful, but beyond that, organised and incredibly efficient. There is a good vibe to the whole office: people take their work seriously, with dedication and care. I couldn’t be happier!
