Customers describe the team as great to work with, knowledgeable, professional, helpful, polite, and responsive. The crew handled surprises during a cedar shingle roof replacement, kept the project moving smoothly, finished quickly, and made sure the roof was solid and properly sealed. The final cost stayed close to the original estimate, and the workmanship, cleanup, and overall service were excellent. Another project included soffit trim and gutter work, with an easy estimate process, clear answers, early arrival, efficient work, and good cleanup.
For a small sun porch roof, the team provided a reasonable quote within hours, came out the same day, and fit the job into a busy schedule faster than expected. After the new roof was installed, they responded immediately to water stains, inspected the roof, flashing, drainage, and surrounding areas, and fixed an existing gutter issue at no extra charge. They also helped with storm damage and algae buildup, advocated with an insurance adjuster, removed shingles, and finished a full roofing project in about a day and a half. Pricing was very competitive, communication was excellent, and the finished roof looks great. Customers would gladly use them again and highly recommend them for roof replacement or roof repair in Albany.
