I was a gym newbie who had the pleasure of working with Jason, who helped me bulk up a good 20+ pounds in the duration of our training together. I'm now more fit, energetic, motivated, and more confident and happy overall. Jason is truly the best Personal Trainer in the Bay Area. I wanted to get a head start on getting in shape for the upcoming New Year, so I enlisted his help. I have lost body fat and gained lean muscle, strength, and confidence. He is professional, empathetic, enthusiastic, and a master in his field of expertise. The gym has all the best equipment and he has actually made it fun getting back in shape. I highly recommend Jason’s services!
