Sessions last between 30-45 minutes and are circuit-style, with Anthony able to tailor them on the fly depending on the client's needs. Anthony is legit the best!!! Workouts are 30 mins each and Anthony makes it easy to incorporate into your schedule. Never thought I’d workout 3x a week but now it’s fun and part of my routine. The gym is nicely equipped on Park St, Anthony is super knowledgeable and warm. Best trainer ever! Thank you!
I can't say enough about Anthony! He is a great trainer and coach, very knowledgeable and a great listener. But he is an even more wonderful person, I am lucky to have met him. My wife and I trained with him together and he is was very responsive to our limitations and our goals. This is a gym I you will look forward to going to and you will feel great after you leave. The facilities are clean, well taken care of, with relatively new equipment everywhere. I feel very fortunate to have learned about Anthony and his gym
I initially came to Anthony because I was having a hard time staying motivated to go to the gym by myself and felt like what I was doing wasn't helping me reach my goals. Anthony provides workout plans for you & a small training group that can be done within 30 minutes, but are effective and challenging. He also created a nutrition plan for me and ultimately the workouts + better food choices (and words of encouragement!) have led to significant changes in my health for the better. He is also super flexible with your schedule, and will help you find times for your workout. I've never looked forward to going to the gym as much as going to Anthony's training sessions! I wouldn't have gotten to where I am without him and I can't thank him enough. Definitely book a trial session with him if you are interested in improving your health and changing your outlook on fitness!
