I have been taking my family to Helen for about a year now. How did I find Helen well my chiropractor retired and I said what am I going to do. He stated that I might give his Chiropractor a try. I have been using the activator method for about 30 years now. I am so thankful that we are in Helen's care. Compassionate, thoughtful and meticulous. Wow what a healer!

I've been using Helen for over a year now. She is amazing. Not your typical Chiro. Here's why: - "Activator" technique. It kind of gently clicks stuff into place - You can text her for an appointment and she'll even meet you on a weekend or evening - $45 session is typically an hour long appointment. She does many small adjustments until you are perfect - Not out to gouge you! I can't say enough good stuff about Helen. I've never had a more detailed Chiro.
