looks like my previous update wasn't posted, not sure why. Any way this update is to acknowledge Wendy is awesome and has always been on top of my needs and remains so today. the negative review earlier was for not being able to reach anyone and my voice mail messages going unanswered. I felt that this was a reflection of the business rather than Wendy - because she always has been great to work with!!

I was visiting friends in Alameda and discovered that I left my CPAP hose at home. I found Grove Medical on Yelp, and dropped by in hopes of finding one. As noted by others, they aren't really set up for walk-in business. But, the staff was so amazingly friendly, and managed to find a replacement part that worked for me. Their above-and-beyond customer service really made my day. I would also give Grove Medical Equipment 6 stars if I could!!

I have been coming to Grove since 2009. I've had nothing but good, responsive interactions with them. Busy as I am, it's nice when I can just shoot them an email. I usually get a response within an hour and supplies shipped the same day.
