I’ve been taking a class with Michael for almost a year. We focus on balance, strength building and coordination. Skills that I use throughout my daily life. Michael has a vast knowledge base, extensive experience and a keen ability to make modifications. His easy going and non-judgmental approach make our class enjoyable. I highly recommend him for 1:1 and group classes.

I came to Michael with a painful back and looking for some exercises to do. Michael worked with at my level and showed me stretching and strengthening exercises to build core strength and muscle building back exercises. He created a fitness program personally for me to improvemy back and over all health. He is knowledgeable and very supportive.
