Just bought my first house! Chris held my hand through the whole process and was awesome! First off, for visual learners out there, he has a spreadsheet that details all of the hidden costs of house purchase such that you can be educated before you make the purchase. The spreadsheet also details your monthly costs as the interest rates change. He also has a few properties and was able to share his experiences in home buying and refinancing. He is very reachable via call or text--which was a lifesaver when I texted him at 9:30 pm to explain something in paperwork that I was signing. Anyway, if you're a first time home buyer or a person who owns tons of properties, I recommend going through Chris! He also does re-financing stuff and contacts you when he feels the rates have dropped to the point that you would be eligible for a refinance.
