First of all, when I called big brother’s plumbing, an actual human being answered the phone, even though it was Friday evening. Then when angel arrived to fix what I thought was the P-trap under the bathroom sink, he nailed what the real problem was and tried his very best to fix it so that it would match the rest of the hardware. That was not possible, even though he tried several options. But he was pleasant and efficient and informative. He even made a few phone calls on my behalf really nice time as plumbing problems go I would recommend them. They are honest and on the case and humans answer the phone.
The first company we had called, the guy came and didn’t look properly and said we have to install a new one. Total being $6800 to replace the water heater which was way to expensive and big brothers plumbing charged less then $250. Big Brother Plumbing saved us so much money and time and did everything to fix it. Thank you so much and one of the nicest people we worked with, definitely recommend this.
While attempting to modify my irrigation system, I ended up breaking the heavily corroded old galvanized line to my house. I was able to patch it but needed a professional fix quickly. Angel from Big Brothers plumbing came out the very next morning, provided me a reasonable estimate, and started the work that same day. And when it turned out they didn’t need to replace some of the pipe that had been earmarked for replacement, Angel was honest about it and saved me a couple thousand dollars.
