It was an extremely pleasant experience with Alameda Landing, from booking the appointment, checking in (with minimal waiting time before I was called in), getting examined and going through the procedures (including filling and cleaning). The dentist and all employees were courteous and walked me through what work I needed, what my insurance covered, and though I needed a lot of work I felt that I was under good care. They also gave me plenty of opportunity to ask questions and raise concerns about their recommendations and it gave me confidence that I could make the right decision with regard to my dental health. Lucian at Alameda Landing is the best hygienist I've ever had. I've been going to the dentist all my life and dozens of dentists have told me to brush and floss twice a day, but no one ever really explained how the way Lucien does. He gives you a actionable plan and something to aim for, rather than just robotically going about your dental hygiene.

Dr. Shruti, Lucian, the receptionist and the financial staff were all very professional and kind to my elderly mother. They were patient and thorough. It is a busy dental practice with lots of traffic. My only disappointment was that the floors, furniture and equipment were dusty and could use some attention.
