After a disappointing experience with the initial staff member who poorly fit my temporary crown, I was honestly nervous about continuing the process. The temporary crown was uncomfortable, didn’t fit correctly, and left me feeling frustrated.
Thankfully, Lalai completely turned the experience around. She was incredibly attentive, patient, and skilled. She carefully fixed the temporary crown so it finally felt comfortable and secure, and she took the time to make sure everything fit properly. When it came time for the permanent crown, Lalai did an amazing job helping match it to my natural teeth.
I can't speak to anyone else's experience, but I'm surprised by the many negative comments. I came to Alameda Landing as a new patient. First of all, they accepted my insurance, which practically nobody else did. I knew I needed an extraction from a very old root canal that was giving me issues. I have been seeing a very reputable private practitioner for years who, along with a highly reputable endodontist, were unable to fix my issue, and in fact thought I would need at least one more, if not two, root canals or extractions for the neighboring teeth, in addition to the one already planned.
