I have really enjoyed all the classes I have taken here. The teachers are great and the studio is small. They have great iyengar classes! If you really want to focus on form this a great place for learning.

Wow, absolutely incredible place. I'm so happy I found this studio and it's on 15 minutes from my home. Everybody seem so wonderful over here. Extremely happy with my class! Such a cozy studio, so nice)))

I hadn't been to a yoga class in quite a few years and I'm not in the best physical shape. My first class today with Bita was a wonderful experience. She gave me a warm welcome and gently coached me through the poses, always with positive encouragement. The vibe was very relaxed and friendly with everyone, even though there was a lot of sweating on my part
