“I got lucky when I found Victoria shortly after u moved to LA from Seattle in late 2020. I have getting lash extensions since 2012 and have always been very particular about who I have perform this service for me- I have previously looked for educators specifically. Victoria is an artist. Period. In 13 years of getting my lashes done, I get more compliments on my lashes than I ever have previously.
