I have struggled with acne for years and my skin has truly never looked better. If you follow all of Dr Karen's instructions and have the patience to see through the first few months, I promise you will see improvement! My whole family has noticed on their own and my friends too. the key is consistency with the everyday routines and diet! also good to check in with her in case adjustments need to be made. if you're struggling...see dr karen!

Karen is a godsend when it comes to skincare. She is so knowledgeable and has an holistic approach to figuring out what your acne triggers are by looking at your diet, lifestyle, and skincare regimen. I’ve always struggled with acne, even as a grown adult man in his 30’s but Karen has helped me keep it at a minimum for the past 4 years. Currently I am working with her on my post acne scarring.Karen recently moved into a bigger space with rooms that provide a more intimate and spa like setting. If you have struggle with acne, trust me and go with Karen because she understands that treating acne is a personalized journey that is different for each individual.

Posted both of these reviews on yelp as well, but want to make sure people can see them here!!UPDATE 9/13/22: It's now been another few months. It's really insane to think about where I was this time last year. The amount of progress I have made since I started seeing Karen, both mentally and physically is so incredible, I had to write an update. My skin is not the first thing I think about each morning and before I go to sleep every night. I no longer have the level of food fear I had before, which was without a doubt making my skin worse. I eat a pretty balanced diet and sometimes I indulge, but I don't over think it after the fact. I forgive myself more than I did...read full review
