“Great service, ability to set appointments online is it plus. Wait time was a bit long. This is an update to my prior review. I went yesterday for my covid-19 test. Although I had an appointment, it took almost an hour of waiting in the car line. There were four cars in front of me so I can understand some of that delay but some of that delay could have been avoided. I also felt they didn't inform me initially that my insurance would not pay for the test if I wanted to test due to travel. Someone came out later to take my payment but then when I told them that I thought I might have been exposed the prior weekend then they were able to charge my insurance. When I went a month ago, they handled us professionally and as quickly as possible to get our covid-19 test done. due to the recent change requiring appointments we didn't know and just showed up yet they took us in because the line was shorter than usual. We appreciated that consideration“

“Dr. Sadeghi saved my life. After 9 years of wrongful western medicine, I was finally treated with methods that actually made me feel better. Couldn’t recommend more. The only LEGIT Dr. I’ve ever known to actually help me.. and I saw many “prominent” rheumatologists for mixed connective tissue disease ( Lupus, RA + Hashimoto’s disease *caused by Lyme disease). Any doctor that accepts insurance is not going to actually help anyone with an autoimmune disease. Western medicine is not the answer people! If you want REAL healthcare, you’re gunna have to pay out of pocket but trust me, it’s worth every penny. I’ll always be grateful to this doctor and all the lovely people that work at the Be Hive ♥️♥️♥️

“My experience at Lakeside was amazing. I went to the dermatology dept. and saw Nurse Jessica about a suspicious mole. She made the process fun and friendly and I almost forgot why I was there. She removed the mole in less than a minute with no pain. There was barely any wait time at all. I was out of the office in less than 30 minutes. I think the receptionist could have been more friendly and I could have taken a star off for her, but Jessica is a blessing and deserves 5 stars no matter what!“

“Kaiser Simi and just Kaiser in general has always been good to me and my Family. I've had a few different health care providers in my time and Kaiser is by far the best. Everything is always smooth sailing and the doctors and nurses in there are always willing to help. If I could give it 6 stars I would!“
