I was initially super disappointed and annoyed, but they quickly made up for it! “Apex Dermatology is fantastic with every interaction, human or tech. Every staff member is great, from the cashier to the nurses. The doctors.. “Whether at their Northridge or Calabasas location, Dr. Lawrence Osman and Nurse Practitioner Sherry Sanvictores provide wonderful care for dermatological concerns. I have been seeing Dr. Osman and Ms. Sanvictores for over a decade now for routine Botox, help with acne and, most recently, laser treatment for hyper-pigementation (melasma). Both practitioners are very careful to explain the benefits and drawbacks of the various treatments they provide (injectables, laser, topicals...etc.) and tend to be conservative in that they want to make sure people have the best possible outcome without appearing unnatural or over-worked on. They both have answered all my questions beyond my satisfaction and I can't think of a single negative experience I've had with either of them. If you have a cosmetic issue or concern, I would highly recommend them. Los Angeles has a LOT of plastic surgeons and cosmetic dermatologists. But I choose to go to them, despite them being a long way from my home, because of the quality of their service. Highly recommended.“

“Dr. Rahimi is the best! I’ve seen him now over the years especially when I have a blemish emergency, which is of course always right before an important event. Dr. Rahimi is able to fit me into his schedule and I love that he sees me (and not a PA) even for smaller derma-logical needs (which seems to be a rarity these days among doctors). “I was originally referred here by my husband. I have struggled with acne as long as I can remember, and I also had a concerning mole. The first visit, the doctor did a skin check and we immediately biopsied the mole- it came back pre-cancerous, so at a very quick and pain-free appointment a few weeks later, the doctor removed it. There is literally no scar, you can't tell anything was there!
As far as my skin goes, it's the clearest in as long as I can remember! The picture attached is only a 3 month difference and it's incredible!!! It's not just the acne, but my skin texture too. The doctor has worked with me to prescribe different medications and creams that work best for me. I'm seeing her monthly for follow ups. I also do monthly peels that they recommend and I love them! I feel like those have definitely helped with my skin texture and anti-aging the most. I'm looking forward to seeing my results over the few months.

Some of the same girls Ive been seeing the entire time. Unless you are getting a facial or micro ..they sometimes are running behind schedule. So..I bring a book, that's right I read when I'm waiting, not checking my phone. They take lots of different insurance here..so maybe best to check first. I trust the people here.
