The website to book appointments is super clear and easy to use, I'm really happy with the end result, but I think the private space is what really sets this haircut experience apart from most others. I loved the one-on-one interaction, Heather is super friendly and easy to communicate your haircut needs with, and at no point did I ever feel that haircut anxiety of being pushed into things I was unsure of. She's always super mindful of boundaries and clearly explains what she's doing. I told her that I had learned more about my hair in this one session than in all my other haircuts!
