“Another hidden gem in Reseda. For an amazing haircut I recommend Frank's barbershop. They have been in business for over 30 years and from the quality of the haircut it shows. I requested a Quiff with a fade and it was done professionally. The price is also reasonable at $35. Both the owner and the other barber are very friendly. Keep in mind that this is a cash only establishment, so prepare accordingly. They also take Zelle. A side note, they are located next door to a highly rated Mexican seafood restaurant, El Cancun, so it might be worth having a meal there as well if you are in the area.“
