The work was not done in one day, but they were always punctual. If there was a delay they informed us right away. George was our plumber. He was great - he answered all our questions and showed us his progress every step of the way putting us at ease. When there's big ticket jobs there's a lot of anxiety attached to it. They called me back, saying the earliest they can come out was next day between 8-10 on a Monday morning. It was great, because other places I called were closed, or put me out a few days.
