We were in severe need of a new wood stove. The old one was totally falling apart and it's our sole source of heat through the winter. Installation had to ASAP. With her knowledge and experience, Nya helped us choose the right stove from their excellent selection. Knowing our need was emergent, she manage to arrange delivery & installation inside of ten days.. Amazing . The installation was quick and very professional. The whole experience could not have been easier and stress free. Great people, great value, great place.

They sold me some gasket cement and the wrong door gasket for my wood stove, didn't give me a receipt.When I went to return it they wouldn't give me a refund. They just lost a customer.
