They went OVER and above to complete a more difficult instillation, completing it cheerfully and still on time. I truly appreciated Kim's kind and compassionate resolution to the situation. I've got an older mobile home with a roof that got slapped on that was not properly installed. (Not by them) They managed to re-vent the bathroom exhaust fan, extend a pipe, and fix a spot between my main and addition. I had an issue with gross air coming into my bathroom, and leaks. Both issues got fixed, and I appreciate their hard work, and how quickly they got me booked in.

The customer service cant be beat, i needed a key fob.i had called when they were closed, the next morning they called me back within 10 mins of being open, gave me an idea of what to expect right way and got everything sorted out for me... when it came to somthing i needed to get for them they told me what I needed to do without any confusion or attitude! Very reasonable, very friendly and I cant recommend them enough! If your in need of anything locksmithing/key fob related in williams lake give them a call!
