Car had urgent problem that needed fixing while traveling for work. Marcus fit me in his already busy schedule while all other shops were at least 2 weeks booked in advance. Had my car temporarily fixed and ready to go back on the road within a day so it’s good to run for a few months until I can find a proper fix, which is very much appreciated.

After a terrible experience with another engineering firm in Kamloops I was left stranded with no other firms available or willing to help finish my home renovation. I had hired my own designer and they were more than happy to work directly with him (GH INNOVATIONS). I was very pleased with the communication, organization, and overall cost of the work done. OCTO understood the scope of the work and were flexible with options to keep the job safe and easy to complete. Would definitely use OCTO again as they were reliable, timely, and cost effective.

I was given a thanks in appreciation by a worker that I put the bar codes as a customer to help the worker. I made a joke of sorry bad Habbit They said no thank you First time ever This place is not only about your pet. But they are amazing people. And I do not know who that young woman was today. But thank you for seeing that. And thank you for asking if I needed help and how my day was the moment I walked in the door. Love that place. I just want to work with all them great smart team ❤️

Staff is courteous and professional. The gym smells better than most other gyms. It's clean, neat, tidy. Decent equipment and has all your needs for fitness. Nice to have such a great tanning area as well.

I was in a tough financial situation and he worked with me extensively to find me tires that would fit into my budget while also making sure I am safe on the road. He is also very honest about the quality of the tires/parts he is selling.
