I had my furnace die on me, Horizon was quick to come for a quote as well as get it installed. All the people involved from estimate, to financing to install, have been absolutely fantastic and highly recommend
The technician came and fixed my A/C right next day I called. It was a simple replacement of the capacitor and the bill was only about just over $200. They were quick, kind and courteous. Thank you.
We had issues with the hot water heater 40 amp breaker tripping, so we changed it out with a 50 amp breaker. We realized that the 60 gallon water heater was 42 years old, so we decided to change it out as well.
Darcy at Horizon was very responsive to our request, he scheduled the replacement promptly. Steve sourced the water heater locally, drained, removed and replaced the water heater on the scheduled date as per their commitment to so.
Should we require HVAC service again, I will contact Horizon to do the work. I have no concerns recommending Horizon for HVAC services.
