I've been using these boys for the last couple of years, and they really pulled through for me this last time in particular.
I recently bought a used truck from a dealership on the island, and of course it had a few teething issues - the one that turned out to be the most major being the heating not working properly. After doing the prior go-to fixes, all evidence was pointing towards it needing a new heater core ($2k fix). The boys here at Whistler automotive then very kindly knocked off the labour cost of one of these prior fixes (new thermostat), which was seriously appreciated. Thank you again for that!
It was a minor crisis, three days before Christmas and trips to the city and back to come, when my car informed me that I had about 350 km to go before the engine won't start again. Slightly panicked, I made an appointment on a Sunday night and first thing Monday morning, Mike called and said they'd see me immediately. The work was done promptly, we think they found the source of the problem, and now I have peace of mind. A very positive experience.
