Oran did a great job. I was very happy with the service and I'd come here again. If you're on vacation in Whistler, this is the place to go.

Unfortunately i couldn't give a single star being i got none of the service requested. I am residing this week at the Glacier Lodge. 10 minutes from the Whistler Barbershop. I made an appointment for 5:30pm. I was told the barber would be just getting done at 5:30pm and they could put me on for that time.. but that it might be a couple minutes after. I was asked for my Name and Phone Number. I arrived 9 minutes after 5:30pm and was told there was someone else in the chair already. And i could be put on At the end of the day. WOW. ABSOLUTELY DISREGARDING OUR WHOLE CONVERSATION ON THE PHONE. They have one barber onsite at a time. Absolutely a waste of my day awaiting this cut. After asking why they didnt try to reach me being they demanded i gave them my number. I was told Sorry. Well sorry is a perfect way to describe this establishment and thier way of business.

Just got my hair cut here with Oliver who learned his trade in York, England and has travelled here for the "Whistler experience". I was a bit nervous going in for the first time, but Oliver was fantastic. I explained what I wanted and he patiently nailed it perfectly. My wife said it was one of the best haircuts she'd ever seen me come home with and that's high praise. The atmosphere in the Cigar Shoppe was cool with old leather barber chairs and a view of the Village Stroll outside. The other staff were great too and the price was very reasonable ($30+tip - well deserved)!

The « barber » on duty was absolutely not professional and left the place 45 min before 5:30pm which was the listed closing time - even if my appointment was at 5pm.When i tried to discuss the situation with the 3 other employees they were not of any help.When i asked the phone number or email of the owner to have a chance to talk they mentioned they were not allowed to share personal contact details and that i could find on google what was available.I went to that place many times over the last ten years and always experienced great service but the new crew around clearly has both attitude and professionalism issues.Services: Scissor cut

Super happy with that service here. The young man taking care of us was amazing and did an excellent job. He was conscientious and thorough and knew his trade well. My son was apprehensive about getting his hair cut but in the end loved his new hair.
