The spa was honestly an amazing experience. The setting is beautiful, peaceful, and tucked into the forest, and the no-phone atmosphere made it feel like a real reset. I especially appreciated the silence policy and no phones rule, it made such a difference. I do wish the silence policy was enforced a little more consistently, since some people were still chatting, but most guests understood the vibe.
I stayed for about six hours and could have stayed longer. The thermal areas were great, especially the eucalyptus steam room, hot sauna, cold plunge areas, and quiet lounge spaces. I also had one of the best massages I’ve ever had.
If there’s one place I recommend to anyone visiting the Vancouver area, it’s Scandinave. The whole experience is designed for ultimate relaxation, from check-in through the circuit to the moment you leave. Every detail is so thoughtful and I always feel so incredible from the moment I get there, and the world’s best sleep that night. at the time of writing this review I actually haven’t even had a massage there yet, but I know that that would be next level too 🤍

I had birthday gift of a massage and thermal spa, and what a birthday gift it was! My masseuse was Lucinda and she was amazing! She gave the perfect massage with the perfect amount of pressure and I could really tell that she knew what she was doing. She wasn't shy about digging right in wherever was needed to get rid of my aches and pains. I left feeling totally relaxed and I could have ended my day right there, but I didn't. This was my second visit at the thermal spa and it did not disappoint. I'm not sure if the masseuse's read the reviews or are told about them, but I would love for her to be praised for her excellent work. Regards, Mike
